Incubators

For an egg to hatch into a chick, certain ratios of heat and humidity are required. Natural In incubation, these values are provided by the mother hen. Incubators all the factors necessary for a fertilized egg to develop into a chick are automatically provides.

Development Machines

The machines, where fertilized eggs develop for 18 days, are produced in 5 different capacities: 9,600, 19,200, 38,400, 57,600 and 115,200. The conditions such as temperature, humidity and air required by the eggs are adjusted by the automation system.

After 18 days in the development machine, the eggs are transferred to the hatching machine for the last 3 days to prepare them for hatching. The hatching machines have a capacity of 9.600, 19.200 and 38.400.

Hatcheries produced for hobby or small producers have a capacity of 30 to 4,800 eggs.
